  Went to book a holiday house advertised as minimum 2 night stay at $220 per night plus booking fee, which we booked for 2 nights. Invoice sent through was over $1500. When i contacted agent they said you have to pay a minimum of 7 days (nowhere mentioned on website) but you are welcome to stay less. What a crock. Ive booked holiday houses every year multiple times never been through such an unhelpful agent with such a dishonest booking system. Forget it, dont waste your time.

  Wanted to list a block land for sale, which we originally purchased from this Agency they finally returned our call 8 days later. Needless to say we have listed with another Agency...They don't even deserve the single star

  We booked accommodation through Pacific Palms Real Estate and stayed at The Arthouse, Blueys Beach. We had friends staying around the corner at Blueys Beach House, so moved between the 2 houses, both beautifully appointed, luxurious homes.

  The staff at Pacific Palms were friendly, helpful and provided lots of great tips about the area, which has so much to offer. The beaches are pristine and the water crystal clear. Spotting whales from Sugarloaf Lighthouse and watching dolphins catching waves from the beach were certainly highlights.

  Loved the Australian native birds and bush in our holiday rental. Didn't enjoy the tradie hammers and music jolting us out of holiday sleep in.
